Future Focus is open to students in grades 7-12. The group meets weekly to plan social events, as well as community service projects and fund raisers for an annual field trip.
Future Focus endeavors to connect young people to the school and the community, and encourages them to look beyond the community for post-secondary training or education. Future Focus also offers supervised social events twice a month.

The two field trips sponsored by SVTPP were a trip to tour the University of Alaska in Anchorage and a trip to the Challenger Space Center in Kenai to participate in a Mission to Mars.

Health Education in the Schools
The Prevention Program staff work in conjunction with Susan B. English School to provide a health curriculum in the elementary classrooms, in addition to assisting the secondary health teachers by providing new classroom materials, videos, guest appearances, and consultations.
An annual, one-day student health conference is sponsored by SVTPP to make health and safety presentations to students grade K - 12, in addition to special studies for parents and school staff.
Sea Otter Dancers
The Sea Otter Dancers have become a highlight of many of Seldovia's festivities throughout the year. This group of young dancers began in 1999 as a result of community members' desire to see a return of the local cultural dances. Port Graham resident, Lydia Robart, came to teach the group traditional Alutiq dances and songs.
Now the old has been mixed in with the new as the group uses Lydia's teaching and adds new melodies and movement. Boys and girls of all ages and races are able to be a part of the Sea Otter Dancers.
The group has performed for several state and national leaders, in addition to sharing their dances with countless tourists who have visited Seldovia. Additionally, the Dancers have traveled around the Kenai Peninsula to participate in many special occassions and gatherings.
