The new and expanded services we will be providing are:

• Behavioral Health: talking is therapeutic; talking to a licensed, professional in a spa setting is ideal. Learn mechanisms to cope with stress, health, family, work—all issues. The mind is powerful and affects our physical health, whether you are aware of it or not.
   
• Naturopathic Health Care: Heal and be healthy through less prescriptions & procedures, see a medical provider but with natural healing expertise
   
• Nutritional Services: make the right food, vitamin & supplement choices for YOUR body and needs—be the healthiest/most resilient from the inside out
